As a participant in LEED^®-Neighborhood Development pilot program, East 54 will be among the most environmentally sound, mixed-use communities in the country. Incorporating sustainable site development measures, water and energy conservation, materials re-use, and indoor environmental features, East 54 will achieve or exceed a Silver Level Certification. The result is East 54 residents will enjoy a healthier, more cost-efficient, more comfortable home.
